Turkish chicken saute is a simple and delicious dish that is incredibly easy to make and the perfect healthy comfort food. Chicken saute is a low fat, high protein and economical to prepare.
- 1 chicken breast (cut in cubes)
- 1 tomato, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 tbsp red pepper paste
- Black pepper, cumin, red pepper (optional) Salt
In a medium sized pan, place the chicken with oil.
Close the lid properly.
Cook at low heat 10-15 minutes.
Add all the remaining ingredients except spices.
Simmer for about 15 minutes with the lid covered. If desired add a little bit hot water.
Finaly add the spices. Serve it warm.
