Fasulye has been in Turkish cuisine since the 18th century. Does the flavor increase day by day? I am sure there are some dishes whose recipes have not changed since the day it was first discovered, and dry beans are one of them. It is ridiculous to say that every meal will be more beautiful as time goes on. In some kitchens it is made as spicy and in others it is meat but recipes do not change very little.
For the Turks, beans are an important nutrient source, and there are varieties such as green beans, white beans and red beans.

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 green pepper, chopped
