  • 1 lt milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or package vanilla powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup coconut powder
  • ½ cup walnut


Step 1

Place all the pudding ingredients except butter, in a pot and start to cook.

Step 2

Stir constantly over medium heat.

Step 3

When you see the bubbles on the surface add butter.

Step 4

Boil one more minute while stirring.

Step 5

Meanwhile, sprinkle 1 cup coconut powder on regular baking tray.

Step 6

Then pour the chicken breast milk pudding into a baking tray. Leave to cool.

Step 7

Sprinkle walnut all over the pudding. Roll the pudding carefully.

Step 8

Leave it in the fridge for 3-4 hours to cool.
